Timely and qualified after installation service and support

Megacom has a dedicated support team that provides timely email, phone and onsite support. Spare parts are maintained at our facility and are generally available for immediate shipping. Megacom also has a national and international network of knowledgeable installing and servicing partners to work directly with our customers and provide timely support after installation.


  • We have a full staff of dedicated customer service and technical representatives to answer questions and provide technical support. Our knowledgeable personnel and dedication to service are key reasons why customers choose Megacom again and again.

  • Although Megacom generally does not provide physical product installation, we do provide fee-based professional services to assist our customers and partners. Available services include:

    Pre-installation site and operational review

    On-site system commissioning and training which generally occurs after product is installed

    Classroom and hands-on operational and troubleshooting training at Megacom’s facility

  • Since we produce almost everything we sell, virtually all spare parts are in stock at our facility. Most parts are available for same day shipping, if required.

  • For a period of one year (18 months for Optical Turnstiles) from the date of purchase, Megacom will replace or repair, at Megacom’s option, any products or parts which are defective in materials or workmanship, provided recommended installation and maintenance procedures are followed. This warranty is void if damage is due to improper installation, maintenance or use. This warranty is limited to parts only, and does not cover labor or shipping charges incurred in connection with the removal or replacement of warranted products or parts.

    This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Megacom shall not be liable for any loss or damage, directly or indirectly, arising from the use of purchased products. In no event shall Megacom be liable to buyer for consequential damages, special damages, incidental damages, loss of use, business interruption, loss of profits, or damages of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use a purchased product. In no event shall Megacom be liable for damages which exceed the purchase price of a covered product.
